During our initial walkthrough of the site, we were struck by its narrow proportions, with natural light filtering in from only one edge. This challenge shaped our design approach, where the primary focus was to neatly integrate storage solutions to avoid clutter and achieve an open floor plan.

The next step was to zone the space thoughtfully, connecting various activities in a way that promotes uninterrupted, harmonious movement, fostering a tranquil and productive work environment.

Our architectural approach embraces a desire for connection and communication, resulting in spaces that are open, social, and designed to nurture a sense of community. The color palette further accentuates this vision—shades of white and beige are effortlessly complemented by walnut-toned wooden furniture, while clear glass partitions create the illusion of a larger, more expansive space.

We incorporated visual metaphors to enhance the design narrative: Horizontality, to evoke calmness, lightness, and gentleness. Transparency, to symbolize democracy and openness in the work culture.
